What's included in a gutter cleaning visit?
Every gutter run cleaned, roof valleys cleared, debris removed from behind vents and skylights, every downspout flushed and confirmed flowing, all debris bagged and taken care of, and your walkways, driveway, patio, and deck blown off before we leave. First visits are fully photographed, before and after.
Do you clean gutters with guards installed?
Yes. Guards are brushed off as routine service. When debris and shingle grit have built up underneath, sections are unscrewed, the gutter is flushed clean, and the guards go back on.
What happens to the debris?
It's bagged on site. If you have a yard waste bin it goes there; if not, we haul it away and dispose of it for you.
Will I get photos of the work?
Yes. First-time cleanings are fully documented, with every section photographed before and after. On repeat visits, problem areas are photographed so you can see what changed.
